Returns and Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for incorrect measurements or change of mind.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged in transit.
The gas strut fails to operate correctly within 12 months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (or within the warranty period for operational issues) with photos and a description of the issue. We may request the return of the faulty item for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
